Information pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (General Regulation on data protection cd “GDPR”)
I. Ownership and types of data
Pursuant to art. 13 of the GDPR, Solido Hotels Srl, based in Rome at Via Dei Due Macelli n. 66, as data controller (hereinafter referred to as “the Data Controller”), informs you that it will collect the personal data you have issued.
II. Purpose of use
Your personal data, provided by you, are collected and used for the following purposes:
1. Allow the Owner to provide the hotel and / or catering services for which it is contractually engaged.
Promotional and profiling purposes
2. Subject to your free consent, which you can express by selecting the respective boxes of the attached form, the data you provide us may also be processed for the following purposes:
2.a. Promotional purposes, including commercial communication or the sending of advertising material, or promotion / direct sales, via e-mail, sms, telephone; you may at any time also withdraw the previously issued consent, even partially, for example by consenting to traditional methods of contact only.
2.b. Purpose of profiling, such as the identification of habits and proclivity of purchase, with reference to information acquired through this form, to better customize the services rendered, to satisfy its needs with advantageous promotions, to propose new services and products;
Purposes of processing for particular data
3. Subject to your free consent, which you can express by selecting the respective box of the attached form, we will be able to process some particular data you have given in order to handle particular needs (eg, menus for celiacs )
Legal basis of the processing
For the purposes referred to in point II.1 (contractual purpose) the provision of your personal data – marked with an asterisk – is optional but necessary for the provision of our services, essential for the completion of the contract as well as for the obligations imposed by the current public security legislation. For the use of such data, your consent is not required.
For the purposes referred to in this point II.2 (promotional and profiling purposes) and II.3 (purpose of processing for particular data) the provision of your data and your consent to their processing are optional, the latter may be issued separately for each type of treatment; as a result of any refusal or revocation of one or more of the aforementioned consents, Solido Hotels Srl will process your data only for the residual purposes not denied, together with the purposes indicated in the previous point II.1.
III. Methods of use and conservation
Your data is used electronically and stored on electronic media or even by paper means.
IV. Circulation of data
In the ambit of the same Owner
A. The data may be used by Solido Hotels Srl staff who have been assigned a specific role as data processor and who have been given appropriate operating instructions, as well as by third-party companies carrying out instrumental activities on behalf of Solido Hotels Srl: the latter they act as external managers of the treatment and under the direction and control of Solido Hotels Srl.
Within the same corporate group for contractual or accounting purposes
B. In addition, the data may also be transmitted to other Group companies, to fulfill specific legal obligations or for contractual and accounting purposes, while still residing in the European Union.
Infra-group for promotional and profiling purposes
C. Finally, if you consent to the selection of the relevant option, your data may also be disclosed to other companies in the group for the additional purposes referred to in paragraph II.2 above (promotional and profiling). V. Transfer of data abroad and dissemination
Your personal data are not transferred or distributed to undetermined recipients.
In relation to the processing of your personal data, the Holder informs you that the retention period of the aforementioned data does not exceed the duration necessary to pursue the purposes for which the data are collected and subsequently processed. For treatments with promotional and profiling purposes, the data retention time is equal to the maximum allowed by the provisions of the Guarantor on the subject, ie respectively 24 and 12 months.
In the course of processing, you can exercise, at any time, the rights established by the articles. 15 and following of the GDPR, in particular:
✓ obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and, if so,
✓ know its content and origin,
✓ verify that it is correct to request the correction of inaccurate data, the integration of incomplete data or the updating of old data, or
✓ obtain the limitation of the processing, if one of the hypotheses provided for by article 18 GDPR occurs;
✓ request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, or in the presence of one of the other conditions provided for in Article 17, paragraph 1, lett. a), b), c), e) and f) GDPR
✓ oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment, or opposed to the treatment in other cases provided for in Article 21, paragraphs 2 and 3 and 22 GDPR;
✓ revoke at any time your consent freely given to the processing of personal data for one or more specific purposes, or the processing of personal data so-called. details revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a physical person, health data, or to the sexual life or sexual orientation of the person – without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given before the revocation
